How do I book a session?
To book a session youmay fill out a form in under the "Contact" session or Direct message me on Instagram or Facebook. A deposit is required upfront to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due at the end of your session.
What are your travel fees?
Travel fees may be added for locations outside of my usual service area. These fees will be discussed once you've provided the details of your desired location.
Where are you located?
I am located in Tazewell, Tennessee. I also service weddings and sessions throughout the region, including anywhere from Knoxville, TN or Middlesboro, KY. I do travel! If you would like to book a session outside of where I live you can always message me to get a quote for travel.
Can I choose a specific location for my shoot?
Absolutely! If you have a specific location in mind, please let me know before paying the deposit. Keep in mind that selecting a special location may affect my availability and pricing, and travel fees might apply.
What is your turnaround time for delivering photos?
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of session:
Weddings: 2-6 weeks (Hours of coverage varies TAT)
Standard sessions: 1 week or less If any unforeseen emergency causes a delay, I will communicate with you promptly.
Booking Policy
A nonrefundable deposit is required for all types of sessions. No deposit refunds for client cancellations, regardless of reason. Deposit refund only if I, the photographer cancels and no reschedule is possible. After gallery delivery payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Client rescheduling requires a new deposit and depends on I, the photographer’s availability. Your photography session is scheduled to begin at the agreed-upon start time and will run for the duration initially booked. Please note that arriving late does not extend your originally allotted session end time. If the session continues beyond the initially agreed-upon timeframe by more than 9 minutes—regardless of the reason, including late arrival—you will be required to either upgrade to the next package or pay the additional fee for the extended shooting period.
Any images captured during the extra time beyond the original session will not be released until the additional fee is paid in full.
